Seated Qigong is great for folks who have to sit for long periods of time, or that are unable to perform exercises standing-up.

Focus on moving slowly, breathing naturally, and enjoying the peaceful experience.

Getting the Most from Your Practice

Wear comfortable clothes: Choose loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely.

Practice regularly: Even 5-10 minutes a day can be beneficial. Consistency is more important than duration.

Start slowly: Adapt the movements to fit your ability. Begin with just a few minutes if the full routine feels like too much initially.
