Books for Grief and Loss:

Books recommended by Dr. Angie that have helped her, and her patients. You can also find them on audiobooks if you prefer:

UnF*ck Your Grief Using Science to Heal Yourself and Support Others – by Faith Harper

Written in her slightly crass, but gently funny style, the book also offers practical guidance on supporting others through loss and giving yourself the care you need.

Be Water, My Friend The Teachings of Bruce Lee – by Shannon Lee

While not a book about grief directly, Shannon Lee writes from deep personal loss. Having lost both her father, Bruce Lee, and her brother, Brandon Lee. She offers a framework for moving through pain with openness.
